Bonjour , in 2005 the crew traveled to Verbier Switzerland one of the largest ski areas in the country. The conditions were good as we spent the week exploring the massive area where there seemed to be no such thing as "Out of Bounds". There was a lot of traversing and exploring to find that one powder field that had not been skied or that chute that had not been shot. By weeks end we had decided we needed more powder, we found a guide and a helicopter which took us up to Petite Combine. Here we found Glaciers, hiking, and more virgin powder!...
On Sunday some started their journey home while others continued in pursuit of the next run. We rented a car and drove to Zermat where we found they had not received a snow fall in over a month. With only groomed corduroy trails available we decided to ski over into Italy and check out the scene. In Italy we found even less snow and bitter cold as we all encountered a bit of frost-bite crossing the border at 13,700 feet. Enjoy the pictures and videos
